These Terms of Service (“Terms”) outline the rules and conditions for using the Kc Smart Auto Booker Chrome extension (the “Extension”) made available by Kc Smart Team (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, installing, or using the Extension, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms.

Email Notifications

When you use the Extension, you agree that we may send you email communications regarding product updates, service adjustments, or important notices. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions, though certain critical service announcements may still be sent.

License Grant

Your license to use the Extension is limited to one business entity (e.g., one Amazon Relay account tied to that entity). That license covers unlimited personal or company-owned devices as long as they are controlled by the same business.

Subscription & Billing

Trial Period: New users are eligible for a 3-day free trial. Subscription Fee: After the trial ends, the subscription renews automatically at $100 per month plus any applicable taxes. Payment Method: By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment option until cancellation. Cancellation: You can cancel at any time prior to the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Extension is provided strictly on an “as-is” basis. While we aim for reliability, we make no guarantees that the service will meet all expectations, operate without interruption, or be error-free. The Company is not liable for any data loss, account consequences, financial impact, or damages that may arise from using the Extension. By using it, you accept full responsibility.

Additional Restrictions

We reserve the right to implement additional technical requirements or usage restrictions as part of maintaining safe and fair access to the Extension.

Amazon Relay Accounts

We are not affiliated with Amazon or Amazon Relay. All responsibility for your Relay account—including its compliance, operation, and outcomes—remains solely with you. The Extension does not alter your obligations to Amazon Relay in any way.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered only for the most recent payment and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Refunds are not provided for previously elapsed subscription periods. Unless you cancel, we will assume your account is in active use. For clarity: we do not track your usage activity within Amazon Relay itself.

Updates to Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Any update will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Extension after changes are published means you accept the updated agreement.
